Bierman is part of the Catalyst 16 Green team that’s entered in the tournament’s 16s Division. Tall and explosive, she’s a power hitter and should have a prominent role in the team’s offense this weekend. Even though she uses her heavy right arm and her firepower extremely well, Bierman is probably at her best when she gets to swing a quick set at the pin, which allows her to take full advantage of gaps in the block and put the ball down. An aggressive server, she consistently gets opponents out of system with her floaters and also contributes on the back row with reliable passing and nice effort on defense.

Bierman will play for the Catalyst 16 Green team in the event’s 16s division. A player who combines good size and firepower, and solid technical skills, she should be very important in her team’s performance on Saturday. Bierman uses her length very well at the net, has good vision for her shots and can score at ahigh rate from both the left and the right. She’s also very consistent and efficient with her passing and often gets opponents out of system with her aggressive and tricky floaters.

Bierman is part of Foster’s high school volleyball team and represents Catalyst at the club level. She was among the very best servers in the event, and every time she went up to fire her floater, she’d get passers across the net in trouble. The outside hitter also displayed solid technical foundations in the serve-receive drill, being very intentional with how she always placed her body behind the ball and ensuring smooth and accurate deliveries. Bierman was very dynamic at the net, using her length and heavy arm to get some powerful crosscourt swings down.
