Five opportunistic Players on Day One of GJNC 14-17 Nationals

She makes a lot of things happen when she has great spacing from the net. Lambert made quick transitions from defense to offense and made quality tips over blocks. Breitling gets her hands on a lot of balls if not downright blocking them. She has improved at closing blocks during club season. Breitling deposits ones to different parts of the court and sends across powerful crosses. Her accuracy has taken a number of steps forward during club season. She makes plays at all six spots on the floor. Richter has turned into a solid six-rotation player. She smacks hard crosses and mixes in nice tips. Richter takes good out of system swings when needed. She had quality four to four cut shots throughout the day. Richter also does a good job tooling the block and has a hard jump serve to keep opponents out of rhythm. Bruemmer takes quality swings and puts down overpassed balls with authority. She makes quick recoveries after deflecting balls at the net to keep plays alive. Bruemmer is an aggressive blocker. She turned back a pipe play in the one game.
