Liberos Who Touched Everything at Katy United Pre-Nationals

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>There are only a few weeks left in the club volleyball season, which will come to an end at the start of July with the USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championship in Indianapolis.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Between now and then, teams continue to compete all over the country, and Texas is no different. The libero was one of their standouts, delivering a reliable and productive game on the back row. Paskowitz was very confident in serve-receive, covering her area efficiently and delivering accurate passes to her setter. The libero did a great job of extending her body range when playing defense and got to touch in many balls in her zone. Young's solid defensive instincts and superior ball control also positively impacted her serve-receive game, as she was always very active and efficient in that area of the game too. Her game on the back row is very polished, and that showed every time she went for the ball in serve-receive, as she was very quick to get to it and always had the ball in front of her body when making contact with it. Garcia also stood out on defense, making excellent reads and reacting quickly to keep the ball in play with nice digs. The libero got the job done in serve-receive, being in charge of a large portion of the court and using her excellent ball control to efficiently get it to her setter. Mayrgundter also performed well when playing defense, benefiting from her great positioning and impressive reflexes to get many touches on the back row.
