Post Season Is Here And Who Coaches Can Track

Some teams are heading to USAV; some are heading to AAU in Florida. And some teams are now heading to Phoenix for that championship. Regardless of where these students are headed, they are being tracked as they enter their senior year. What I like about these middle blockers is that they are solid, and now that we are in the postseason, we are seeing some high-level play from these girls. She doesn't back down and stays tracking. She closes her block, and opposing teams find it hard to get around her blocks. The footwork from block to block is really impressive. As we head into the final tournaments, keep her on your radar. Leah is quick, which means the opposing team struggles to block her attacks. What I like about watching Leah is that she knows her tools and uses them well. She knows when to call a three, and she knows exactly when and where to tip. Mollie understands her role at the net. She is communicating with her team and staying disciplined with her timing. She knows how to track hitters at the net so well that they have a hard time getting around her. When watching Addison, you will always find that she is the anchor. Addison leads like a veteran, making everyone around her play faster and more aggressively. Her confidence when she runs at a quick tempo stands out to the scouts. Given Claire's height, you will see that her contact point is hard to defend against. Alexine has a strong vertical and runs fast tempos. She can run any route, which makes her unpredictable and hard to read for opposing teams. She plays with so much confidence and keeps getting better and better.
