A number of the higher seeds won their pool play games Friday in the USA Volleyball Girls Junior Club Championships at the Columbus Convention Center. She gets up with a good vertical and deposits balls to different parts of the court. She can hit through solo blocks. Scholten also uses her size to influence balls to go high and wide with sound double blocks. Scholten is consistent with her serving. Scholten agreed a good next step is a quicker arm swing. Scholten said she tries to pick her spots and place balls there, depending on the set. Neese slid for balls only out of necessity, but remained under control. Neese provides 17 Janvier good net protection. She executes a variety of ones and pin shots. Bigley angles balls off blocks and out of bounds for big points. Bigley forms sound double blocks with her size and sound vertical jump. Hausmann took a number of solid swings and sent across good serves. Hausmann makes sound first touches and did a number of little things to help 15 Charlsie to victory. She executes both the bump and overhead passes and betters balls with quality out of system passes. El Belle displayed a lot of good court leadership and showed she is coachable. Thomas takes quality swings from the back row, thus separating herself from a number of other hitters.
