<p>Round 2 of Hitters from Houston Stock Up Showcase that made an impression. From freshman to 2027 seniors, and athletes in between, players showed up and showed out for Prep Dig Texas. On display, not just strong hitters, but hitters that have a little something extra to bring to the game. An outside hitter from Atascosita High School, she turned heads with her athleticism and strength behind the ball. Coming in as a freshman this season, Alana brings fast transition and big energy to the court, always making herself an offensive option for her team. Her swing from the outside is sure to score as she uses her training to read the ball and the block before she attacks the ball, her adjustments are timely and a sign of her development as an offensive threat.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1007028' first='Mollie' last='Ribbing'], a dominating pin hitter from Grand Oaks, standing at 5'11 as a freshman, she is ready to make a statement this season. On either side of the net, Mollie makes her presence known with a strong, solid swing, and dynamic footwork that shows consistency on the court. Capitalizing on her size and quick transition to stay ahead of the defense. An impressive swing, good transition work, and explosive attacks that are only showing signs of getting better, watch out for [player_tooltip player_id='1007028' first='Mollie' last='Ribbing'].</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1008404' first='Farrah' last='Ince'], 5'9 freshman outside hitter out of Taft, came out with big ups early in the showcase. Bringing style and technique to her game, standing out early with her quick and efficient transition foot work, explosive approach, and power swing to finish at the net. Farrah clearly pays attention to the little details to elevate her game. throwing her feet to the ball, using a consistent approach to every set and communicating with her setters every ball. A freshman this explosive and technical is only going to grow her game. </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='987643' first='Ryan' last='Hawkins'], an up and coming freshman from Humble, that brings all the energy and communication to the court. No matter the play or who makes, Ryan will be heard through it all. Pushing to keep the momentum high after scored points, she maintains a leading role for team morale. Communicating well with her teammates, her influence keeps the rhythm and tempo running. She is going to hustle to make the play, swing big at the net, and be heard by the whole gym. </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='980238' first='Gabriella' last='Wright'], a six rotation prospect out of Legacy Prep. As a hitter, Gabriella brings all around athleticism when she is on the court. Reading the play well and making adjustments quickly to keep rallies going. These timely adjustments carry over to her transition footwork at the net, keeping her as an offensive option wherever she is. She is comfortable in the chaos, ready to react and respond in whatever capacity her team needs. Her swing is impressive, but the flawless execution of fundamentals is what makes her shine. </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1008571' first='Aniyah' last='Allen'], 5'4 junior Setter/Right side from Village Tech. In spite of her size, she has earned her spot at the net with athleticism, hustle, and power. She brings an unexpected vertical to the game, elevating above the net and battling it out against blockers across the net and swinging to kill. It takes real fearlessness to take compete in this 2028 class and Aniyah is not taking it lightly. Continuing this season as an "undersized" position player, there is not doubt she is going to be turning heads with her ability to battle it out at the net.</p>    <p></p>
