Power Hitters Spotted at Houston Stock Up

Now, being a pin hitter has its' perks and its struggles, being a top played position, and one of the most recognized. Yet, Houston hitters did not hesitate to bring their best to the Stock Up Showcase. Big Swings, big plays and some big energy, their is some good volleyball happening in Houston. A very technical hitter that has learned to utilize her body to swing big and swing hard. Self toss or a clean set, Delaney is swinging to kill. As part of the class of '29, her athleticism is still on the rise and is sure to bring much to the court. She brings intense energy to those around her, pushing teammates to compete at high level. Her energy translates to her play as she is not hesitant to be the player that is needed any time, any position. This weekend she showed just how much she will put into staying on the court. Matching her energy and drive, Munachiso takes it a step further with a big jump paired with a strong swing at the net. She can swing, she can serve, she can play defense! At the net she does well approaching to the ball consistently and making solid contact through her swing. She communicates with her setters and transitions well staying proactive throughout play. With a strong swing from the pin, Simone made it clear she has developed her offensive game, and does not hesitate to prove it. Swinging with intent when she's set and using her training to find the open spots on the court. She elevates her play with her ability to transition on and off the net quickly and efficiently. A six rotation player, just finishing a good season with Alamo 14 Premier. Doing the litte things to get her feet her to the ball and create points when she's set. From the pin she takes her time getting around the ball and swinging for the deep corners, making defenses move to cover the play. Using her impressive vertical and strength to separate herself on the court, she is a problem for defenders! The energy behind every point fuels her momentum and she is sure to be heard.
