Munachiso brought a physical presence to the pins that court coaches appreciated from the moment she started warming up. At 5’9″ she has real length to work with at the attacker position and the swing she generates is a naturally powerful one. Her approach timing was sharp throughout the scrimmage segments and she did a solid job staying engaged in serve receive rather than saving her focus for the front row. Lovejoy and Madfrog have put her in competitive environments and the habits that come from that showed up in how she handled the moments when things did not go her way. She competes with a composure that is easy to appreciate. The Top Performer award she earned in Spring was well deserved. Munachiso Osuagwu, a hitter out of Lovejoy High School, is a player that demands attention when she is on the court.
