Transition Attack Thursday: Class of 2030 and 2031

These young athletes are already showing they understand that concept, and that's exciting to see. She plays with great bounce, gets off the floor quickly, and has impressive timing for her age. Moreover, she does a nice job attacking both the deep corner and the line, giving defenders plenty to think about. She isn't just an offensive threat, either. Trammell closes the block well and works alongside her middle to create a tough front-row presence. She is tall, athletic, and does an excellent job staying on tempo, especially when running a quick one. Additionally, she reaches high over the net, allowing her to attack at a difficult angle for opposing defenses. Her timing continues to improve, and her physical tools give her a very high ceiling. She stays steady in serve receive, plays solid defense, and transitions well into attack when the opportunity is there. Furthermore, she doesn't force swings. Instead, she makes smart decisions and understands how to score while keeping her team in system. Trammell, Wittler, and Layton are already showing habits that translate well as they continue to develop.
