Middles Owning the Net Pre-season

The middles on every team put on a show at the Claremore Super Scrimmages. These Varsity middles move quickly, put up big blocks and earn points along the length of the net.    Addison Doyle handles every type of set with confidence. She chases down the slide and stays available even when the pass pulls the offense out of system. At the net, she puts up a strong block and challenges hitters with good blocking position. Her experience and composure make Claremore a major threat.     Emmerson Meador has a variety of attacks. She scores on quicks, shoots, and a back quick that she finished down the left sideline with a forceful tip. Broken Arrow's serve receive allows its middles to become a priority, and Emmerson takes advantage of those opportunities. She keeps blockers guessing by changing tempo and location on every swing.     Adassah Colwell uses her reach well in the middle. She scores with a quick swing and is consistently available for her setter. Her transition gives Noble a strong offensive option on good passes.     Aisley Keirsey earns points in the middle, especially with a powerful back quick. She transitions quickly and calls for the ball throughout every rally. Her big approach holds the blockers. She celebrates with her teammates keeping momentum and energy up. Bartlesville has some strong young players who compete well.     Jocelyn Brown moves well laterally to close the blocks with athletic footwork. She transitions quickly off the net and immediately becomes an attacking option. Her speed allows Sapulpa to involve the middles as a priority.
