They competed, showed off the parts of their game they do well, and gave us plenty to take away from their showing. There were big swings, tough serves, smart decisions, and players making plays when rallies got messy. These are a few names that came out of Stock Up with their stock moving in the right direction.

[player_tooltip player_id='953461' first='Ava' last='Reed'] brought a competitive edge to her reps. She attacked aggressively from the pin, but I also liked what happened after the swing. Reed was quick to get back into coverage, worked for the next ball, and stayed involved when a rally extended. She listened when coaches made adjustments, and you could see her trying to apply them on the next rep. That combination of an attacking arm and willingness to work through every point gave Reed a strong showing. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas

[player_tooltip player_id='742634' first='Tenley' last='Strunk'] gave me a lot to like with how she handled herself on the court. She stayed available in transition, made herself an option, and didn't check out of a play when the ball went somewhere else. Strunk competed for touches at the net and brought good energy to the group around her. What caught me was how coachable she looked throughout the day. Feedback didn't just receive a nod; you could see her working to make the change. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas

[player_tooltip player_id='792456' first='Marcella' last='Heiser'] played with some urgency, and that showed up in more than her swings. She chased balls outside the court, covered behind her hitters, and worked to turn broken plays into something her team could use. From the pin, Heiser wasn't afraid to go after the ball and showed she could still be productive even when the set wasn't perfect. Those are the reps I like from a pin because not every ball is going to arrive exactly where you want it. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas

[player_tooltip player_id='893032' first='Mckenna' last='Kadlec'] brought a steady presence to the pin. She didn't need every touch to be a kill to have an impact. Kadlec worked through coverage, stayed ready defensively, and made good choices when she didn't have a clean swing. I also liked her communication. She engaged with teammates, responded well to instruction, and didn't let a mistake carry into the next rally. There's value in a pin who can settle in and keep competing point after point. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas

[player_tooltip player_id='737480' first='Stella' last='Rohman'] had a motor that was difficult to miss. She pursued balls, worked off the net quickly, and kept finding her way back into the play. Rohman attacked with confidence when she had the opportunity, but it was her effort away from the ball that kept catching my attention. She covered, communicated, and competed through the end of rallies. Coaches can develop many things, but having a player who is willing to work like that on every rep gives them a pretty good starting point. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas

Thank you to all my readers for making this journey possible.
