2026 Nebraska Class-by-Class High School Rankings: Week 6
October beckons.
We now have a full month of matches to assess while compiling these class-by-class team rankings for the start of Week 6. Does that make the task any easier? Maybe. Sometimes.
You can always frame an argument around "Team A defeated Team B," but then Team C comes along and breaks up the transitive property altogether. Assembling these lists is a delicate dance, and some results make the process feel even more complicated.
The series carries on regardless. Nebraska's hierarchy has a lot of room as we turn toward October. Before long, we'll be in the depths of district play, where everything is decided on the court. Expect perceptions to be shaken then, too.
