All Over the Stat Sheet: Players Impacting More Than One Column

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Sometimes one number tells the story.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Sometimes you have to keep moving across the stat sheet.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The players in this group have found ways to influence matches in multiple phases. She is among Georgia's right-side-position dig leaders with 240 digs, and recent matchup data also showed her leading Mount Pisgah Christian in kills while handling a major share of the team's receptions.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Sophia's value is in how much court she can handle. She isn't simply waiting on the right side to swing. She's passing, defending and scoring, which means Mount Pisgah doesn't have to sacrifice ball control to keep one of its better attackers on the floor. She also sits among Georgia's ace leaders with 60 for the season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Ally is doing more than delivering the second ball. She's defending enough to extend rallies and serving aggressively enough to create scoring runs herself. That kind of production usually comes from a player willing to serve aggressively even knowing errors will occasionally come with it. Even on a team with a strong front-row scorer like [player_tooltip player_id='827756' first='Sara' last='Buoni'], someone still has to handle the ball well enough to create those attacking opportunities. She's scoring offensively, providing blocking help against opposing outsides and then creating pressure when she rotates to serve. She's creating difficult first contacts for opponents and then turning around and handling defensive responsibility herself. Zofia and Makenna are contributing from several front-row responsibilities.
