These hitters have been dialed in this season, finding the floor at an impressive rate while keeping mistakes down. What makes this group fun is how they're doing it. Power, placement, finding seams, working around the block, and there isn't just one way to score. Hitting .500 is going to grab my attention every time, and McHugh is making the most of the balls coming her way. She's getting up, getting available, and finishing. When a middle is putting balls away at this kind of rate, you find ways to keep her involved. She's hitting .400, and that's some serious production from that side of the net. Becker has been taking advantage of her chances and giving her team another hitter defenses have to worry about. I love seeing a right side become this dependable offensively. Sitting at .373, Johnson has been finding different ways to score from the right. That's what I like here. It doesn't always have to be the biggest swing in the gym. Find the opening, use what the block gives you, and finish the point.
