The Class of 2030 watchlist goes well beyond the names we've already highlighted. As I keep working through this group, I see more players who deserve a closer look. Whether it's their movement on the court, their competitive spirit, their feel for the game, or a standout skill, there's a lot to like about this class's depth. Here are more names from the 2030 watchlist that I'll be keeping a close eye on.

[player_tooltip player_id='986373' first='Molly' last='Gorman'] brings value to the back row with the way she handles the defensive side of the game. Her play has a controlled presence, which matters at a position where reading, reacting, and positioning your team to run offense are all important. Gorman is the type of defender who can make her impact felt without needing a flashy play every rally. Her back-row game provides her a strong place among the defensive players on this 2030 watchlist. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas

[player_tooltip player_id='1022939' first='Rachel' last='Melius'] is another defender who earned her way onto the 2030 watchlist. Melius plays with an active defensive presence and isn't afraid to take responsibility for the court around her. At DS, that willingness to pursue, compete, and stay involved from point to point is something that stands out. There is a lot to like about the way Melius approaches the back row, making her another name in this class that deserves attention. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas

[player_tooltip player_id='1022304' first='Finnley' last='Tirrel'] provides us a middle worth taking a closer look at in this class. Playing the position well requires more than height or getting above the net, and Tirrel brings pieces on both sides of the ball that put her on this watchlist. Her ability to be involved at the net gives her a chance to impact points as both an attacker and blocker, while her movement through the middle adds another layer to her game. Tirrel is one of those middles where the more you break down the position, the more there is to see. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas

[player_tooltip player_id='1022897' first='Felicity' last='Cogley'] brings a strong presence to the outside and gives this 2030 group another pin worth knowing. Cogley has earned attention for her responsible play on the left side, managing diverse situations and contributing away from the net. She provides you a player who can be involved throughout a rally rather than disappearing when the ball isn't coming her way. That overall presence is an important part of what landed Cogley on the watchlist. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas

[player_tooltip player_id='1022944' first='Kinsley' last='Sapp'] is an outside hitter who adds to the depth at the pin position in this class. Sapp brings an attacking presence from the left side and plays a position where being able to find ways to score against different looks becomes increasingly important. What makes her interesting to follow is that her impact doesn't have to come from just one type of ball or one type of play. There is versatility to build around in her game, and Sapp has already done enough to establish herself as a name to know in the 2030 class. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas

[player_tooltip player_id='1022934' first='Ella' last='VanHatten'] brings a different look to this group from the right pin position. That position can quietly influence a lot of what happens at the net, and VanHatten gives you someone who can be involved on both sides of the matchup. The right side lets VanHatten attack a different part of the block offensively and defend against opposing outsides, making her a valuable asset. VanHatten's ability to bring value from that spot makes her an intriguing part of this 2030 watchlist. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas

[player_tooltip player_id='1023086' first='Bailey' last='Dwight'] has a chance to run the program, and there are many things that go into getting recognition at Setter. Location is important, but so are decisions, tempo, movement to the ball, and what happens when you don't have a solid first contact. Dwight blends these duties and gives her hitters opportunities to remain involved in the offense. Dwight has made herself known as one of the setters in this 2030 group worth watching, with the poise to handle the position and keep things moving. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas
