Polsgrove brings an impressive vertical and elite level athleticism to the court, translating many of the skills she has developed through obstacle course racing into volleyball. Her strength, explosiveness, body control, and ability to move efficiently make her a unique athlete at the net. Competing in track and basketball has helped develop her speed, explosiveness, coordination, and ability to move efficiently in space. It has also strengthened her volleyball IQ, forcing her to read the court, make quick decisions, and become a more well rounded player.
