At 6'8" with an 11'6" touch, he is a major threat at the net. On top of that, his experience with the U19 National Team gives him another impressive accomplishment. Feik brings plenty of versatility, too. He has a quick snap and can attack in a variety of situations. Along with playing both offensive and defensive middle, he can swing from the right side and contribute on defense. Meanwhile, his powerful serve can force opponents out of system. With his reach, range, and ability to impact different parts of the game, Feik is a name we are excited to keep following!

Lachlan Hotchkiss, Opposite, Class of 2027, 6'5"

Hotchkiss brings plenty of power to the right side! The 6'5" left-handed opposite has a heavy arm, high reach, and fast approach. Together, those tools make him a tough matchup for opposing blockers. His left-handed swing also gives defenses a different look. Plus, he brings a strong block of his own from the right side. That ability to contribute on both sides of the net makes him even more interesting to watch. Hotchkiss has a natural feel for the game, and his athleticism adds to his impact. He is certainly making his presence known at the net!

Jacob Maretich, Middle Blocker, Class of 2031, 6'3

Maretich is a young name to keep on your radar! The Class of 2031 multisport athlete already shows a natural feel for timing in the middle. Add in his jump and reach, and there is plenty to be excited about. Of course, he still has room to grow. As he gains more experience with his approach and attacking mechanics, those tools should continue to develop. For now, his natural timing gives him a strong foundation to build on. We are excited to see Maretich keep learning and take his game to another level. He is just getting started!

Keep Your Eyes on the Net!

Feik, Hotchkiss, and Maretich are at different stages of their volleyball journeys, but each brings something exciting to the court. Feik offers elite reach and versatility, Hotchkiss brings a powerful left-handed attack, and Maretich is a young talent with plenty of room to grow.

As Colorado boys volleyball continues to develop, these are three names worth following.
