The freshman from Oak Creek has been a huge addition to the Knights this fall. Oak Creek has been a Milwaukee area power where they are always in the hunt for a state tournament appearance. They were in the state tournament in 2025, but took a hit to graduation. With Yerkey coming in as a freshman, she has been a major spark as an attacker. She is nearing 300 kills, good for nearly three kills per set. Oak Creek is the number two seed in their section and will be looking for another deep run.

Being a setter at a program like Oconomowoc is not for the weak. [player_tooltip player_id='987101' first='Maci' last='Spies'] has been one of the setters leading the Raccoons this season who have earned the top seed in their section. The freshman has averaged nearly six sets per set. This is a well balanced offense who competes at a high level where knowing the matchups, being able to nail every tempo, and being a true defender makes a big difference. Ocon is built for the postseason and could potentially see conference rival Arrowhead in a sectional final.

DeForest has earned a three seed in their sectional and will be a threat to win some big matches. A key player for them has been [player_tooltip player_id='878231' first='Macie' last='Anderson'] who holds down the libero position. She is averaging 4.6 digs per set.
FVL is the top seed in their half of the section in D2. They have two freshmen making an impact in Miranda Voigts in the middle and [player_tooltip player_id='987145' first='Olivia' last='Hartwig'] at libero. What stands out about Hartwig is the way she glides on the court. She anticipates extremely well with a platform that is under control.
