[player_tooltip player_id='1039537' first='Karsyn' last='Tonche'] has been making waves all season, and her numbers back it up. The Sterling sophomore has put down 343 kills at 5.1 kills per set, making her a major offensive force heading into regionals. However, Tonche brings more than a big swing. She can change up her shots and find ways to score when the defense starts adjusting. That versatility keeps her offense dangerous throughout a match. Just as importantly, Tonche continues to give Sterling a spark in multiple areas. She is a dynamic athlete who can help keep her team in a match when the pressure rises. With regionals ahead, she is absolutely a name to keep on the radar.

[player_tooltip player_id='1010069' first='Ashlyn' last='Delaney'] has been carrying a big offensive load, and she has done it from more than one spot. The University of Northern Colorado commit has recorded 337 kills at 4.7 kills per set, showing just how consistently she can produce. Delaney is comfortable attacking from the middle or outside. Because of that versatility, she gives her offense another option when the match gets tight. Meanwhile, her aggressive approach keeps defenders moving. She is ready to take a big swing, but she can also adjust when the block takes away her first option. Heading into regionals, Delaney brings experience, versatility, and plenty of offensive firepower.

[player_tooltip player_id='1000014' first='Norah' last='Hollis'] is bringing serious heat to the pin. The athletic outside hitter has collected 275 kills at 3.8 kills per set, and her attacking ability makes her one of the names to watch heading into regionals. Hollis can attack both line and cross with authority. She also does a nice job recognizing what the defense is giving her and making the adjustment. As a UCLA commit, she already brings a high level of confidence to the court. Her offensive game has that polished feel, and she continues to look comfortable taking on big moments. With the postseason approaching, Hollis is an offensive weapon The Village can lean on.

Then, once she gets into the swing, she can bring plenty of pace to the ball. Still, Fox is not relying on power alone. She has recorded 257 kills at 3.9 kills per set, while also making an impact in other areas of the game. Her transition work is especially impressive. Weber moves quickly from defense into attack, which helps her get available for her setter and keeps the offense moving. Then there is the block. Weber takes up serious space at the net and can make life difficult for opposing hitters. That presence also gives her defense another layer behind the block. With her quick attack and ability to contribute across multiple phases, Weber is a name to know as regionals approach.
