2030s You Need to Get On Your Radar- Part 1

It's finally time to start looking at some 2030s, and what better time than right before school ball? I've been able to watch some of these girls over the last year, if not longer. I have seen a wide variety of 2030s and have been impressed by so many, but I wanted to showcase 30 athletes that I think will start bringing in a lot of attention over the next year. If you don't know [player_tooltip player_id='780202' first='Mallory' last='Pfab'], I promise you will soon. The way this 6'2 oppo plays the game is absolutely insane. Of course, it helps to be tall, but her talent goes far beyond her physicality. Her IQ and maturity in her gameplay help her stand out amongst other 2030s. Offensively, Pfab has an amazing range and can easily find every line on her swing. She's quick to adjust and knows how to better the ball.     I saw Griswold for the first time this past club season. Right off the bat, she impressed me with her clean hands and amazing ball placement. She puts her team first and works exceptionally hard to make her team look good. She plays selfless volleyball and approaches the game with a leader first mentality. There is no doubt in my mind that she is going to do amazing things this high school season with the River Queens.     Everly was a key component of her club team's success this past season. She is a powerful presence at the net and has an extremely heavy arm swing. Duncan does a very good job of staying calm and consistent, especially in tight situations. She is a promising six-rotation pin that I'm excited to see more of this upcoming season.     Kinsley is one of those libs that you can't look away from. She has a whole other level of grit and scrappiness that sometimes leaves you speechless. She'll go up against the best hitter in the gym with no fear, which is exactly what you want to see in a libero. Gingerich does an amazing job of staying two steps ahead of the attackers and getting herself into the best position to pass the ball.     Bishop is another rising star who's making her name known in the Iowa region. The middle, standing 6'3 tall, was a kid who came out of nowhere and stunned her opponents. Zephie was a standout, most notably at the Iowa Regionals, where she helped her Iowa Rise team secure a bid for the 2026 GJNC as a first-year club. Bishop showcased a great mix of height and athleticism, consistently beating her opponents at the net, whether it was on the block or while taking a swing.     [player_tooltip player_id='1003012' first='Bailyn' last='Olerich'] has always been and always will be one of the top ds' in her class. She has all of the qualities that you look for in a libero. Olerich does a fantastic job creating clean first contacts for her setter and takes up as much space as possible on defense. She knows how and when to step up and run the back row and works extremely well with the girls around her. This kid has been on an upward trend with no intentions of slowing down.     Trenhaile is a well-rounded six-rotation pin on Six Pack who had quite the club season. She showed steady growth throughout the season and led her team to a National bid at the Iowa Regional Championship. Ava has a heavy arm and fast swing, with the ability to put the ball away in the deep corners.     [player_tooltip player_id='854516' first='Zoe' last='Cinadr'] is another pin who gained a lot of attention this past club season. She was a key piece of Iowa Select 14 Mizuno's first-place finish in the region, as well as many top finishes at various qualifiers. Cinadr finds big ways to contribute to her team in all aspects of the game. Offensively, she has a quick arm swing and great range, all while being incredibly tough to read. Defensively, she puts up a big block in the front row and makes great first contact in the back row.     Heaton is a middle from Mount Pleasant who is showing growth at a rapid pace and is on track to be lethal this upcoming high school and club season. Although Kya looks slightly undersized, don't let her height fool you. With her long arms and great vertical, her block makes it extremely tough for hitters to get around. Offensively she does a great job of moving the ball around, making the defense unsure of what her next play is.     [player_tooltip player_id='1003397' first='Molly' last='Street'] is a standout player no matter where you put her on the court. My favorite thing about Street is her aggression at the net, especially offensively. She carries herself so well and has another level of confidence, and you can tell by the way she swings. She plays fearlessly and knows how to put the ball away. Street reads her blockers well and does a fantastic job of swinging down the line or taking a sharp cut shot.
