Dallas Stock Up Showcase Players to Watch Vol 3

Prep Dig Texas Showcases are back! This Sunday we have three big events that will be held at the Courtside Sports Center on July 19th. We have the Stock Up showcase for grad classes 2027 and 2028, the Sophomore ID for the 2029 grad class, and the Freshman showcase for the 2030 grad class. These events bring together athletes from across the state looking to compete in front of college coaches while being evaluated by Prep Dig scouts and court coaches. Showcases like this continue to provide a valuable platform for athletes to be seen, tested, and recognized for their individual performance and intangibles. Let's take a closer look at three players who everyone should be watching at the Stock Up showcase.    Arielah is stepping into a setting tradition at Lake Belton that has produced legitimate state recognition in recent seasons, and the Stock Up Showcase gives her a chance to establish herself in front of evaluators who may not have had eyes on her yet. At 5'6" in the class of 2027, her recruiting window is open now and the time to create separation from her peers is this summer. The things scouts should be tracking on July 19th are her quickness getting to the ball, how clean her hand position looks at release, and whether her decision-making shows variety or reveals patterns that a good scouting staff can exploit. So far, I really like what I see in her highlight reels she has online.  I can't wait to see her in person against some top competition.  For a 2027 setter without a Prep Dig ranking yet, the showcase is the right stage to change that conversation.     [player_tooltip player_id='994966' first='Kensli' last='Tyler'] carries a dual profile as both a setter and right side hitter, which is the kind of versatility that college programs have been actively pursuing in the modern game. She competes for [program_tooltip program_id='431308' first='Texas' last='Advantage'] Volleyball Club and is entering her senior season at Lake Ridge in Mansfield, where she has developed within a 6A program that takes the position seriously. At 5'8", the physical tools are there to contribute at the net as a setter-right side, and the evaluation question on July 19th is how well she executes both roles when the system around her is built from scratch. With her class year where it is, the Dallas Stock Up Showcase is one of her final high-profile opportunities to put her versatility in front of a broad audience of college staffs before her senior season begins.     [player_tooltip player_id='954268' first='Kaycie' last='Lopez'] produced 706 assists as a sophomore at Steele, which is a number that does not need much context to land. That kind of assist total at that age in a 6A program in the San Antonio area means she has already been trusted to run a high-level offense against legitimate competition. At 5'6" in the 2028 class, her game will need to be built on footwork precision and court vision rather than physical length, and the production she has already demonstrated suggests both are developing on schedule. Scouts watching her on July 19th should track how varied her tempo calls are and how quickly she reads a blocking system she has not seen before.
