Fresh Faces, Big Futures: Meet Six New Additions to 2029 Rankings

The newest update to Georgia's Class of 2029 rankings brought plenty of movement, but perhaps the biggest storyline wasn't who climbed—it was how many new names entered the conversation. As more athletes gain varsity experience and compete against stronger club competition, the depth of this class continues to grow.   These six players represent a glimpse into that next wave. While each arrives with a different skill set, they've already demonstrated the qualities that earned them a place among Georgia's Top 100 and could make them names to watch throughout the upcoming high school season.    Stella enters the rankings as an outside hitter with the physical tools and versatility coaches covet on the pin. She has shown the ability to contribute in multiple phases of the game while continuing to grow as an attacker capable of handling a larger offensive workload. As she gains more varsity experience, her confidence and consistency should continue to develop alongside her athleticism. Players with Stella's all-around foundation often make significant jumps early in their high school careers. ~ Samantha Fitzgerald @BenchtoBeast_prepdigga     Mia earns her place among Georgia's newest ranked players by bringing calm decision-making and offensive balance to the setter position. She consistently works to create opportunities for every hitter while maintaining composure when rallies fall out of system. Her willingness to compete for second-ball opportunities and lead through communication gives her an impact beyond the stat sheet. As her experience grows, Mia has the potential to become one of the more complete floor generals in the class. ~ Samantha Fitzgerald @BenchtoBeast_prepdigga     Elizabeth brings the combination of size, offensive potential and competitive energy that gives outside hitters room to develop into primary scoring options. She continues refining every aspect of her game while showing the versatility needed to contribute across multiple rotations. As she gains confidence attacking against stronger competition, her ceiling remains extremely intriguing. The coming high school season should provide plenty of opportunities for Elizabeth to continue building momentum. ~ Samantha Fitzgerald @BenchtoBeast_prepdigga     Bria enters the rankings after establishing herself as a middle capable of influencing both offense and defense. She closes blocks well, transitions efficiently into attack and continues developing into a dependable presence along the net. Her ability to impact rallies without needing high-volume swings reflects the value of an effective middle blocker. As her timing and offensive connection continue improving, Bria has every opportunity to climb even higher. ~ Samantha Fitzgerald @BenchtoBeast_prepdigga     Luiza gives the Class of 2029 another promising setter whose greatest strength is her ability to organize an offense. She plays with poise, distributes the ball confidently and understands how to keep multiple hitters engaged throughout a match. Setters often make some of the biggest developmental leaps during their freshman and sophomore seasons, and Luiza appears well-positioned to take advantage of that growth. Her command of the offense makes her an exciting addition to this year's rankings. ~ Samantha Fitzgerald @BenchtoBeast_prepdigga     Goldie rounds out this group as another newcomer capable of making an immediate impression. She competes aggressively from the outside while continuing to expand her all-around game through serve receive, transition offense and defensive effort. Her willingness to embrace every rotation gives coaches flexibility and makes her a valuable piece of any lineup. With continued development, Goldie has the tools to become one of the emerging names in Georgia's 2029 class. ~ Samantha Fitzgerald @BenchtoBeast_prepdigga    The Class of 2029 continues to evolve with every rankings update, and this newest edition highlights just how much young talent is beginning to emerge across Georgia. The addition of Stella, Mia, Elizabeth, Bria, Luiza and Goldie reflects the increasing depth of the class while offering an early look at players whose best volleyball is still ahead of them.   As the high school season approaches, don't be surprised if several of these newcomers quickly prove they belong well beyond simply being "new names." The opportunity is there for each of them to establish themselves as foundational pieces of Georgia's next generation of talent.
