Over the last few months, we’ve provided you a lot of information about who are the players you won’t want to miss when the high school volleyball season starts in Washington next March. First, we broke the players down by division and then we switched gears to analyze who are expected to be the most outstanding athletes in the top teams of each of those divisions.

For the next several weeks, we’ll dive even deeper, taking a closer look at each of the 46 district leagues in the state of Washington and pointing out the players we believe will be worth your attention in the near future.

The KingCo district is one of the strongest in the entire 4A class with its ten high schools and some of their players with the greatest upside are:

[player_tooltip player_id="96980" first="Sadie" last="Bacon"] – Middle-Blocker – Senior – Issaquah

[player_tooltip player_id="96980" first="Sadie" last="Bacon"] is considered by many the best middle-blocker in the division for good reason. The 6’2” prospect delivers at a really high-level in the two most important areas for players of her position and the 2019 season, when she registered 226 kills and 175 blocks was a good example. Her performance in Issaquah’s latest campaign, which also saw her tallying 31 aces and 110 digs for the Eagles, prompted the top-ranked player at prepdig.com’s class of 2021 ranking to receive an All-League first-team nomination and an All-State team honorable mention.

[player_tooltip player_id="97118" first="Jenna" last="Legault"] – Outside Hitter – Junior – Bothell

[player_tooltip player_id="97118" first="Jenna" last="Legault"] was scoring machine for Bothell in the team’s 2019 campaign. The 5’11” outside hitter made a huge leap from her first year of high school volleyball in her sophomore campaign and led the Cougars in scoring with 197 kills and a respectable 38.7 kill percentage. She was also a high-performer in passing (first in the team with 222) and digging (second, with 121) and offered valuable contributions while blocking (16 points) and serving (22 aces). LeGault was the only Bothell player included in the All-League first team and is part of prepdig.com’s class of 2022 watchlist.

[player_tooltip player_id="97246" first="Arden" last="Carnrite"] – Outside Hitter – Sophomore – Newport

[player_tooltip player_id="97246" first="Arden" last="Carnrite"] was a fantastic addition to Newport ahead of their 2019 campaign. The 5’9” outside hitter greatly improved the Knights’ balance as a team with her great technique but also immediately took over her side’s scoring responsibilities by leading that area with 134 kills. She was also a decent server with 21 aces registered during the season and represented her team in the All-League team with a second-team nomination, probably the first of many she’ll receive on her high school volleyball career. She’s already part of prepdig.com’s class of 2023 watchlist.
