We are recapping four teams in each volume, how their seasons went, and a couple of players from each team that stood out.

Rejoice Christian- The Eagles had another solid season under Coach Briscoe. They finished the season 21-12 and ranked #3 in the state. Their last trip to the state tournament was in 2017, where they lost a heartbreaking 5th set to the Cache Bulldogs. This year was different, they beat out Millwood and Crossings Christian to punch their ticket to the state tournament. They then sent 3A #6 Okay home for the season behind a comfortable 3-0 sweep. Players like Izzy Wilson and Kelsey Moore really helped elevate this program and give them a huge step forward. Look out for this team in the coming years.

Carl Albert- The Titans had one heck of a season. Coach Robbins and company racked up 24 wins this season. They played stiff competition all year long starting with game #1 against Mount St. Mary. Turns out, that was a state finals preview. After beating #5 Sapulpa and #7 Southeast, they had their rematch with MSM. They were able to take the second set 25-21 from the Rockets but it wouldn’t be enough to win the 5A title. They will lose a few solid seniors, such as Nina LaValley who has committed to OBU and was chosen as an OCA All-State member. Willow Roe and Lillian Gesche will also be missed by the Titans. They will still be in the hunt next season as they will reload with more solid seniors in the form of [player_tooltip player_id="143130" first="Emily" last="Boyer"] and Madison Stuart.

Jenks- A fabulous season for the Trojans! This team notched 31 wins enroute to their 6A state title. Coach Smith and the Trojans had a great balance of solid upperclassmen leading and having strong underclassmen contribute heavily. Upperclassmen like [player_tooltip player_id="144111" first="Mikiah" last="Perdue"], Megan Sayler, [player_tooltip player_id="145994" first="Ellie" last="Smith"], and [player_tooltip player_id="145981" first="Brynn" last="Roberts"] all showed great poise and leadership throughout the season. They also had underclassmen like [player_tooltip player_id="156866" first="Maren" last="Johnson"], [player_tooltip player_id="156869" first="Kynli" last="Kirkendoll"], and Kyndal Carolina all contributing heavily. [player_tooltip player_id="156866" first="Maren" last="Johnson"], [player_tooltip player_id="145981" first="Brynn" last="Roberts"], and [player_tooltip player_id="144111" first="Mikiah" last="Perdue"] played out of this world during chunks of the state finals. The scary part is they will only graduate two players. This team will likely be the favorite to start the season in 2022. Great job to the Coach Smith and Trojans on winning the state title in the largest class in the state of Oklahoma. We look forward to covering the team next season.

Holland Hall- The Dutch started the season only losing two matches in the month of August, both to 3A state champ Cascia Hall. A record of 13-2 and two tournament trophies is a dream for most programs. Macy Collier and Kalayia Johnson were not satisfied though. They got their revenge on September 13th, at home, where they beat Cascia Hall in the fifth set 15-6. They went on to beat Oklahoma Bible and Weatherford to make it into the state tournament. They fell at the hands of a red-hot Lincoln Christian team in the first round. The Tulsa area private school also finds ways to reload and be in the mix. 2022 shouldn’t be any different for them.
