Prep Dig Resolution 17/18s Standouts

[caption id="attachment_177600" align="alignright" width="300"]<a href="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pd/uploads/2022/02/Impact-17blue-Grace-Bogard-crop-1639x1076-1643754266.jpg"><img class="wp-image-177600 size-medium" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pd/uploads/2022/02/Impact-17blue-Grace-Bogard-crop-1639x1076-1643754266-300x197.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="197"></a> [player_tooltip player_id="119423" first="Grace" last="Bogard"][/caption] <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="119423" first="Grace" last="Bogard"] – 2023 – 5'10 – Outside Hitter – Waupaca – Impact 17 Blue&nbsp;</strong> Bogard has a heavy armswing right inside the block and is a dynamic attacker.&nbsp;&nbsp;She is a fiercely competitive and disciplined blocker.&nbsp;&nbsp;Bogard is equally tough on both sides of the ball and plays sound off-blocker defense.&nbsp; <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="81340" first="Lindsey" last="Taylor"] – 2022 – Libero – 414 17/18 National&nbsp;</strong> Taylor wasn't really on my radar until she took a big swing by a division 1 commit and found a way to keep it playable.&nbsp;&nbsp;She had really nice defensive movement and got a lot of great touches and ups.&nbsp;&nbsp;Taylor did a great job of keeping her team in a lot of rallies.&nbsp; [caption id="attachment_177604" align="alignleft" width="300"]<img class="wp-image-177604 size-medium" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pd/uploads/2022/02/Ice-17N-Gracie-Tallier.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="200"> [player_tooltip player_id="91869" first="Gracie" last="Tallier"][/caption] <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="91869" first="Gracie" last="Tallier"] – 2023 – 5'7 - Libero – Gilman – Wisconsin Ice 17 National&nbsp;</strong> I really like what I've seen happening with Tallier under the coaching of Betty Lange.&nbsp;&nbsp;She has really blossomed as a defensive player, and she gets more and more consistent every time I watch her play.&nbsp;&nbsp;She fights to stay with the ball and get the solid first contact to put her team in system.&nbsp; &nbsp; <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="118258" first="Hannah" last="Moe"] – 2022 – 6'0 – Pin Hitter – Oconto – Impact 18 National – Committed to UW-Oshkosh&nbsp;</strong> <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="91900" first="Maya" last="Wegand"] – 2023 – 5'7 – Pin Hitter – Little Chute – Impact 18 National&nbsp;</strong> Wegand is an explosive jumper with a really fast armswing.&nbsp;&nbsp;I feel like if you blink, you might miss her all together.&nbsp;&nbsp;I think this makes her a really interesting combination with the likes of Moe.&nbsp;&nbsp;Moe takes really big powerful approaches and swings out of the back court as well as the front.&nbsp;&nbsp;She hits with a very heavy arm and provides a different trajectory.&nbsp;&nbsp;Between the two of them, they really keep defenses on their toes. [caption id="attachment_177606" align="alignright" width="300"]<img class="wp-image-177606 size-medium" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pd/uploads/2022/02/I-AM-17-Red-Lilly-Bandle.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="200"> [player_tooltip player_id="149606" first="Lilly" last="Bandle"][/caption] <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="149606" first="Lilly" last="Bandle"] – 2023 – 6'0 – Middle Blocker – West Bend East – I AM 17 Red&nbsp;</strong> Bandle is active and aggressive.&nbsp;&nbsp;I'm not really sure she ever stops moving while she is on the court.&nbsp;&nbsp;Sometimes I can imagine she makes middle blockers nervous with all that movement and anticipation on the other side of the net.&nbsp; <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="122492" first="Meg" last="Pfannerstill"] – 2024 – 5'10 – Pin Hitter – Lakeland – Wisconsin Ice 17 National&nbsp;</strong> Pfannerstill is so springy and fast to get off the ground.&nbsp;&nbsp;She does a really great job of hitting a sharp cut and absolutely solid in serve-receive.&nbsp;&nbsp;The fact that she also does this playing up an age level is pretty impressive as well.&nbsp; [caption id="attachment_177609" align="alignleft" width="300"]<img class="wp-image-177609 size-medium" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pd/uploads/2022/02/Ice-17N-Sammie-Perlberg.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="200"> Sammie Perlberg[/caption] <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="149694" first="Samantha" last="Perlberg"] – 2023 – 5'10 – Outside Hitter – Chippewa Falls – Wisconsin Ice 17 National&nbsp;</strong> The past couple times I've seen Perlberg play, I was impressed with her hitting, but I was actually more impressed with her defensive play this past weekend.&nbsp;&nbsp;She was absolutely locked in and did not let anything drop in the corners when she was playing middle back.&nbsp;&nbsp;By the end of the tournament, I did see the big swing I was looking for from her, but I was really impressed with her defensive growth since the high school season.&nbsp; <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="91896" first="Haylee" last="Soyk"] – 2023 – 5'7 – Middle Blocker – Abbotsford – Wisconsin Ice 17 Purple&nbsp;</strong> Soyk takes a very aggressive approach and does a really nice job at finding the open court.&nbsp;&nbsp;She is super athletic and could make a studly outside hitter, but, of course, her teams always need a middle and she does a bang-up job out of the middle.&nbsp;&nbsp;With an explosive swing, she is very effective on offense.&nbsp;
