<p>The Prep Dig Sizzle was three days of great volleyball from morning to evening. There were some very high-level athletes who saw a lot of court time. Whether they were 5-1 setters, liberos, or six rotation pins, plenty of athletes showed grit and resiliency throughout the tournament.</p>
<p>Here are some of the athletes who impressed across the court at the Sizzle.</p>
<h3>[player_tooltip player_id="151419" first="Olivia" last="Bartels"] – Lakeside Lutheran – Setter – 2023</h3>
<p>Olivia is such a talented athlete. She sets in all six rotations and moves the ball around incredibly well. Olivia is clearly a leader on her team and is both consistent and gritty. She has great hands and makes awesome choices as a setter.</p>

<h3>[player_tooltip player_id="91940" first="Annika" last="Braund"] – Sauk Prairie – Outside Hitter – 2023</h3>
<p>Annika is a powerhouse hitter. She is explosive and stood out as a top athlete at the tournament. Annika had a huge impact on nearly every play. Her serve receive was consistent and precise, while her offense was explosive and powerful.</p>

<h3>[player_tooltip player_id="122510" first="Danielle" last="Kopacz"] – Pewaukee – Outside Hitter -2024</h3>
<p>Danielle played multiple roles at the Sizzle. She mostly played for the Pirates as a six-rotation outside; however, she also took some rotations as a setter. Dani has great fundamentals and adds a lot of value wherever she is on the court.</p>
<h3>[player_tooltip player_id="149057" first="Grace" last="Rochon"] – Kewaskum – Outside Hitter - 2023</h3>
<p>Grace was explosive and impactful. She was smart on the pin and was quick. She was fun to watch on defense and was an offensive weapon in both the front and back row. Kewaskum won their division, and Grace was a leader on the court and a huge asset to the team.</p>

<h3>[player_tooltip player_id="122481" first="Ava" last="Dean"] – McFarland – Setter – 2024</h3>
<p>Ava is a clean setter who runs the court well. She is a leader on the court. Ava has a lot of energy and motivates her team. She is consistent and has a great touch on the ball. She utilizes her hitters well.</p>
<h3>[player_tooltip player_id="180367" first="Gillian" last="Koning"] – Edgewood – Outside Hitter - 2024</h3>
<p>Gillian is one of her class’s top athletes and showed that at the Sizzle. She had a very successful club season and will be fun to watch this fall during the high school season. Edgewood faced off against Sauk Prairie in their division championship and played very competitive the entire week.</p>
<h3>Grace Nommensen – New Glarus – Setter/Outside Hitter - 2023</h3>
<p>Grace was a standout athlete all week. She is just a great all-around athlete who set in the back row and hit in the front row. Her swing was powerful, and she moved the ball around with her shots. As a setter, she set her offense up for success. Grace is very well-rounded in her play and was successful in every rotation she played.</p>

<h3>Casey Vaughan – Pacelli Catholic – Outside Hitter – 2024</h3>
<p>Casey really impressed me. She was explosive and utilized every opportunity she was given to earn points for her team. Casey has a huge vertical and is very athletic. She had a ton of energy on the court and executed in key moments.</p>
<h3>Johanna Andreae – Sevastopol – Setter/Right Side – 2023</h3>
<p>Johanna was consistent and a positive force on the Sevastopol team. She made some amazing plays and both set and hit for the team. Johanna was clearly a leader on the team and showed that every moment she was on the court.</p>
