She can create some big power at the net and is complemented well by junior teammate <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='139291' first='Bree' last='Latell'] </strong>as she terminated 20 kills in their recent victory. The pair make up the bulk of Girard's offense given they collectively have taken 66% of the team's attempts this season.</p>

<p><strong>Ashley Dyer</strong> - 2024 | Galion<br>Dyer led a trio of Tigers in double-digit kills with 18 as Galion won a big playoff match 3-2 over top-seeded Huron to win the Attica district title and advance to the regional bracket. Galion improves to 22-2 overall. Just a junior, Dyer and fellow junior teammate <strong>Haley Young</strong>, along with sophomore <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='482490' first='Madelyn' last='Schieber']</strong>, make up the core offensive group for this team, each averaging between 2.5 and 2.9 kills per set on the season. Schieber added 15 kills to the Galion district finals victory as fellow sophomore <strong>Jennifer Capretta</strong> contributed 13 kills of her own.</p>

<p><strong>Logan Hickey</strong> - 2025 | Holy Name<br>Hickey, just a sophomore, averages a team high 3.9 kills per set for the Green Wave. She terminated 17 kills in their recent 3-0 win over Copley to advance to the Parma Heights district final where they will face Padua Franciscan on Saturday. Hickey has good athleticism and can take a healthy swing for power at the pin. She is quickly approaching 300 kills on the season and is hitting at a good efficiency of .278. She recently surpassed 400 career kills with a career high 22 kills earned twice this season. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='114584' first='Elise' last='Marchal']</strong> - 2024 | Kings<br>Marchal came up big time in a contest that featured the top two ECC teams playing for a berth into the Southwest 2 district finals. She had a monster match on both sides of the ball with team highs of 20 kills and 19 digs to lead her team to the 3-2 win over a very good Milford team. Down 2-0, Kings roared back to claim the next three sets to earn their opportunity to next face Seton, one with potential to be a heated contest given the balance of offense, great setting, veteran and youth experience, plus key defensive pieces both teams have relied upon all season. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='114565' first='Sydney' last='Barrett']</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='222621' first='Ava' last='McIntyre']</strong> also reached double-figure kills with 16 and 10 respectively. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='114531' first='Nia' last='Hall'] </strong>- 2023 | Steele<br>Hall was huge for Steele in their recent 3-0 win over 3-0 win over Medina to advance to the Grafton district final match. With 24 kills, Hall averaged 8.0 kills per set while hitting at a terrific clip of .579 that involved her terminating 63% of her attempts. She is averaging 6.1 kills per set this season, which includes a career high 38 kills in a 3-2 win over Wooster midseason. Hall is an athletic hitter and uses her veteran experience well to score through a variety of options at the pins or in the middle and with power or finesse. She is just shy of 1,200 kills for her career. </p>
