Odell will bring power and intensity at the net to Tomball Memorial, repeating what she did last year, when the program had a deep playoff run. Her ability to put the ball down in any situation is invaluable for the team as they know they can turn to her no matter what. A heavy-hitter, Odell can score from anywhere at the net and one of the keys to her efficiency is the extra split-second she waits before making contact with the ball, which gives her the time she needs to scan the opposing court. The outside hitter is pretty resourceful too and will find solutions to put the ball down in difficult situations.
