is a five foot ten outside hitter who plays at Tomball High School and competes for
Houston Skyline
Volleyball Club. We have been watching her very closely this year and she has proven to be a force at the net and in the back row for her talented club squad. She can rise up with the best of them and score at a very high clip against top level competition. What is especially impressive about her attacking is how she starts her approach at a controlled pace and then elevates her swing speed dramatically, catching defenders off guard. The power generated through her hand contact is unexpected and explosive, driven by how well she engages her core and throws her shoulders forward through contact. This sudden change of tempo can completely disrupt a defense that is not fully set before she swings. We have seen her attack effectively from both the front row and back row using a variety of angles, which will translate extremely well to the next level. Her ability to score even against well positioned defenses makes her a highly effective and dangerous offensive weapon. She is absolutely a player who should be drawing attention from college coaches across the country, and we are proud to recognize her achievement. Please help us congratulate her on earning a spot on our State Ranking List.

delivered a complete, high-impact performance at the Tour of Texas Austin Stop, earning Top Performer recognition through her six-rotation consistency and technical precision. Already listed on the Prep Dig Texas Watch List, Morrison showed play that suggests a ranking update is imminent as she continues this level of production. From a ball-control standpoint, her serve-receive and defensive work was exceptionally clean, marked by disciplined posture, balanced movement, and precise platform angles. She covered significant ground out of middle back, reading attackers early and turning tough swings into controlled transition opportunities. Offensively, Morrison operated on another level, attacking aggressively while also showing the maturity to find seams and exploit defensive gaps rather than forcing low-percentage swings. Her ability to score efficiently without sacrificing ball control made her a steady point producer throughout the day. With her combination of technical skill, court awareness, and competitive confidence, Morrison firmly established herself as one of the standout performers in Austin and a player trending quickly upward in the 2028 class.

Morrison helped her Tomball Memorial team end the weekend with six wins and two losses. Very explosive and aggressive, she was one of the team’s go-to scorers, responding well to the challenge. Morrison proved to have a great ability to get off the floor and a heavy right arm, but she got to diversify a lot with her swings and was very successful in her attempts to put the ball down. The outside hitter was excellent with her shot selection and combined that with her athleticism to reach a very high rate when swinging in out-of-system plays.

Morrison was a key player in the Texas Legacy 15 Elite team that dominated the division, finishing first with seven wins and just one set dropped. A heavy hitter, she was the team’s go-to scorer and did a very good job of staying consistent and putting the ball down when her team needed it. Morrison repeatedly made a very strong offensive approach, making contact with the ball at a very high point. Capable of swinging from the left and the right, the pin hitter displayed tremendous firepower in her right arm and was very difficult to stop when she got into a rhythm.

Aubrey is currently an unranked prospect in the 2028 class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings. She plays at Brenham High School and also plays for the Texas Legacy volleyball club. Miss Morrison currently has the second most kills amongst all freshmen on varsity right now. Her tally stands at 426 on a 2.32 hitting percentage. What I really love about what I am seeing from Aubrey as she attacks from the left side is how vast her arsenal of shots is. Not many young players have the presence of mind to incorporate so many different types of shots to exploit a defense like she does. Most young players will only tip or throw a deep shot when they are in trouble, but Aubrey is using them on perfectly set balls and it is for sure throwing the defense off. Her court vision is being shown as a weapon when you watch her compete. There are times when my jaw in on the floor while I watch her see a hole in the defense and then perfectly place the ball in that hole to score. She plays all six rotations and is always ready to attack. She is such a fun player to watch and we will be keeping our eye on her closely.
