<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We are proud to announce our Prep Dig All-State Teams.&nbsp; Our All-State players are considered to have played the best at their respective position THIS YEAR.&nbsp; Some of the athletes listed may have played multiple positions on the court, but we have chosen them for the positions that we think they excelled at the most.&nbsp; We watched tons of matches this year and covered a lot of athletes in order to determine who was the best of the best.&nbsp; All of the wonderful players made it very difficult to decide both nominees and who eventually won due to their performances.&nbsp; Please help us congratulate these winners of our prestigious All-State Awards.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>1st Team All State Selection:&nbsp; Outside</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='307446' first='Reagan' last='Sharp']&nbsp;[2024] 6-1 Outside (HS: Keller/Club: [program_tooltip program_id='431200' first='Madfrog' last='']/Verbal: Uncommitted)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Reagan is an unranked prospect in the 2024 Class according to our Prep Dig State Rankings, but has been on my watch list and will be added once we update them in a few weeks with what I saw from her this season.  She plays for Keller High School and also for the famed [program_tooltip program_id='431200' first='Madfrog' last=''] volleyball club.  Reagan has tallied 558 kills on an efficient .233 hitting percentage.  She also amassed 43 total blocks and 164 digs and 27 aces on the year.  What the stats don't show is just how much offensive burden she had when two starting middles went down early in the year.  It was truly “Next Woman Up” for Reagan as she showed up very big for the Keller program.  While some around volleyball counted them out when their middles went down, Miss Sharp said, “hold my drink”.  She proceeded to carry this team offensively and would not let them go down.  Her leadership and strong resiliency are some reasons why we chose her as a recipient of our All-State award.  Please help us congratulate her on earning 1st Team All-State. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>1st Team All State Selection:&nbsp; She is also listed as the 7th&nbsp;best overall prospect in the nation according to our national rankings.&nbsp; She plays at Prosper High School and also the famed [program_tooltip program_id='431308' first='Texas' last='Advantage'] Volleyball club program.&nbsp; Here is a little from our last article on her, <em>“Miss Ames is the total package for Prosper and she is one of the main reasons why her team is still in the hunt for the state title in 6A.&nbsp; 542 kills on a superb .326 hitting percentage.&nbsp; Most players specialize in one position, but Ayden's coaches have really helped her gain so much versatility by having her play multiple positions throughout the years.&nbsp; This has helped her tally 20 aces, 94 total blocks, 245 digs and 459 service receptions.”</em>&nbsp; Moving over to an outside position from a middle position might be hard for most players, but Ayden is a true anomaly because she is able to transition between middle and both outside positions so easily.&nbsp; I truly think that she should be used as a template for younger players to not be specialized into one position.&nbsp; Please help us congratulate her on earning 1st Team All-State from our publication.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>As always stay tuned for more articles on your favorite athletes.&nbsp; If you have anyone you think we should watch out for, please shoot me an email with some info at <a href="mailto:nov8vb@yahoo.com">nov8vb@yahoo.com</a>.&nbsp; Also don't forget to help these kids get more exposure by sharing our stories with your friends.&nbsp; Help us help them by simply retweeting on Twitter or sharing on Facebook.&nbsp; Thanks for following us, Prep Dig Texas Family!&nbsp; Don't be afraid to interact with us.&nbsp; We love the likes, shares, and quotes/comments.&nbsp; Keep them coming!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
