Here is the final report from the final Power League weekend of the club season as multiple teams head into a regional bid competition in Lawrence on March 15-16.
Jaden Goldberg Jaden Goldberg 5'7" | DS/L Blue Valley North | 2026 State KS , 5’7”, OH, PVA ‘ last=”] 15-1, Blue Valley North, ‘26
Goldberg is a talented athlete who will continue to hone her skills. She had seven kills, 10 serve receptions, and six digs against Shockwave 15-1.
Caileigh Kilgore, 5’8”, OH, PVA ‘ last=”] 15-1, Louisburg, ‘26
Kilgore can jump like a gazelle. She had five kills and one serve reception. She will be a pin hitter to watch down the road.
Sofia Ricci Sofia Ricci 6'1" | MB Blue Valley Southwest | 2026 State KS , 6’0”, RS, PVA ‘ last=”] 15-1, Blue Valley Southwest, ‘26
Ricci is a physical prospect. She had five kills, one dig, and one serve reception in one Saturday morning match. She has a nice serve and a big motor.
Karsyn Hastert, 5’9”, OH, Topeka Saints 15-1, Cair Paravel, ‘26
Hastert is very athletic and is a solid pin hitter. She had three kills in a match scouted by Prep Dig.
Ava May Huston, 5’5”, L, Topeka Saints 15-1, Seaman, ‘26
Seaman continues to produce quality collegiate-level volleyball players and Huston looks like she could be a branch on that Viking family tree. She had eight serve receptions and five digs in one two-set loss.
Lauren Kingston, 5’10, RS, Invasion 15-1, Olathe East
Kingston can jump and has a nice swing. She had three kills against Fight Club in pool play action.
Regan Widener, 5’10”, UT, Shockwave 15-2, Ellinwood, ‘26
Widener looks like a six-rotation player who has yet to find a true position. She had three kills, three serve receptions, and two digs in a match watched by Prep Dig.
Aubrey Smith, 6’3”, MH, Shockwave 15-2, Trinity, ‘26
Smith has that all-important natural trait – height. She had two kills and two blocks in one scouted match. She played front row only for the Shockwave 15-2 club.
