As we go into summer post-season play, we have tons of athletes still playing and plenty of time to still get your eyes on them if you haven't! We have AAU Nationals and USAV Girls Junior nationals, all taking place over the course of 5 weeks in June in July. This will be volume 1 of a series highlighting our Texas athletes going into post-season play.

GJNCs

[player_tooltip player_id='285214' first='Ivy' last='Waclawczyk']- SA Juniors 15-1 Adidas

Libero [player_tooltip player_id='285214' first='Ivy' last='Waclawczyk'] has been making a splash this season. She is currently an unranked prospect in our index, but that could be changing soon. Ivy is defensively sound, and she will have to show up big for [program_tooltip program_id='431254' first='San' last='Antonio Juniors'] at GJNCs. Her team will be competing in the USA division, which is packed with Texas talent. Ivy stands out on the court because of her fast reaction time and quick moves to the ball. It is very hard to score against her when she is in the backcourt.

[player_tooltip player_id='142222' first='Jasmine' last='Rau'] - Houston Skyline BCS 17 Royal

Another stellar DS/L this time from the College Station area, [player_tooltip player_id='142222' first='Jasmine' last='Rau']. She brings a ton of energy to the court and plays with passion and purpose. You will be able to spot her on the court because of her ability to lead from the libero position and create situations to give her team a chance on offense. Her platform in serve receive has improved so much over the last two years and is one of the better serve receivers in the Houston area.

[player_tooltip player_id='399240' first='Javia' last='Burton'] - 360 16 Kaos Black

[player_tooltip player_id='399240' first='Javia' last='Burton'] is a new name for me this season, but she is quickly becoming a familiar one. Javia is a middle out of Trinity, Texas, and plays for 360 Volleyball Club. She is a very versatile middle that you will see running the slide often, and she seems to float in the air and get major hang time. The first thing you'll notice when watching Javia play is the massive potential she is working into, and she could end up being a huge prospect for the class of 2025.

[player_tooltip player_id='318199' first='Katelyn' last='Pritchard'] - Texas Fierce Elite 15U

This Texas Fierce Elite 15s team is stacked with talent, and setter [player_tooltip player_id='318199' first='Katelyn' last='Pritchard'] is no exception. Standing at 5'10, Katelyn has an edge above the rest at the net and runs a very efficient offense. I love her timing with her jump set, and she always keeps blockers on edge about where she is setting the ball. I love her disciplined approach to her footwork and release, she is a fun player to watch.

[player_tooltip player_id='442331' first='Aaliyah' last='Smith'] - [program_tooltip program_id='431166' first='Houston' last='Juniors'] 16 Elite

Outside hitter [player_tooltip player_id='442331' first='Aaliyah' last='Smith'] has been absolutely dominant for HJV 16 Elite this season. She hits well off of a fast-tempo set and can beat the blockers to the ball. She doesn't just have a heavy arm but is able to place the ball where and when she wants to. [player_tooltip player_id='442331' first='Aaliyah' last='Smith'] will be one of the top prospects in the Houston area.

AAUs

[player_tooltip player_id='254166' first='Jaxon' last='Doty'] - Renegades 16

Utility player [player_tooltip player_id='254166' first='Jaxon' last='Doty'] will be participating with Renegades 16s this summer in Orlando! The Tomball, Texas libero/setter will be working hard to showcase her versatility on the court this summer. Jaxon is a hard worker on the court and gives 100% effort on every play, something every coach looks for. She has made improvements as a libero and has great hands for setting and out-of-system plays.

[player_tooltip player_id='124103' first='Vivian' last='Parker'] - Fieldhouse 17 Ikaika Daniel

The 6'0 outside out of Aledo, Texas will be traveling this summer with Fieldhouse Volleyball Club to Orlando to compete in AAUs. Vivian is the number 10 prospect in her class according to our Prep Dig rankings. She is known for having a heavy arm and high approach touch and will fit right into the fast Fieldhouse offense. If you haven't gotten a chance to see Vivian play, take advantage of it this summer at AAUs!
