Duong and her Corpus Christi Storm 181 team are entered in the Liberty Division. Extremely quick and determined, she’s a stud on the back row, delivering outstanding production and making a major impact in her team’s play. Duong is a joy to watch when playing defense, as while her always-accurate positioning gets her in the right spots to get touches, her incredible ball control allows her to perform truly incredible digs, that hurt the confidence of opposing hitters. The libero is also a weapon from the service line, serving tough and consistently getting opponents out of system.

Duong will appear on the backcourt for CC Force 171 Crossfire this weekend in Houston. She’s earned a reputation as one of the top liberos in Texas in her age group and continues to live up to it, delivering strong performances throughout the season. With her impressive reflexes and superior ball control, Duong is very difficult to score on, and she often forces opponents into making errors as they try to avoid her. An elite passer, the libero also serves very well, getting opponents out of system and creating the conditions for her team’s defensive system to work.

Duong and her CC Force 161 Crossfire teammates will test themselves in the 16 Bid division. A defensive player with extraordinary reflexes, she’s really difficult to score at and can control even the toughest swings. Her ability to dig balls while moving generates some highlight-reel material, but Duong is above anything a productive player on the back. Because of her ball control and her ability to remain focused, she’s also an extremely reliable passer. The libero can serve tough too and often gets opponents out of system.

Duong was extremely active on the backcourt with her team CC Force 161 Crossfire and helped them secure a third-place finish in the 16 Open division with four wins and four losses. The libero displayed excellent ball control, which positively impacted her passing, and impressive reflexes, which came into play when she was playing defense. Duong also worked very hard to keep the ball out of the floor and made some nice recoveries when teammates shanked a pass or couldn’t control a swing. She also contributed with her serving, registering a few aces and getting opponents out of system.
