Cowan could possibly jump right out of the gym. She is a high-flying, all gas, no brakes, six rotation outside that will find a way past a block. She’s smart and she will use high hands, expose a split or simply power through. Cowan is very athletic and relentless no matter where she is on the court.

Wow. Cowan showed up ready to impress. Tight set on the net? No worries, Cowan just elevates quickly, gets on top of the ball and sends it straight down to the ground. She was simply playing with more confidence than I’ve seen her play with a year ago. Cowan has definitely leveled up.

Cowan has a really nice topspin on the ball to make it drop right behind the block. She carries herself with a lot of confidence and shows some great signs of a leader. Cowan’s attack is getting more refined each time I see her play.

Cowan has a gritty style of play and she will use any tool at her disposal in order to score. She’s quick in transition and super crafty with her attacks. I would take a fair guess that she plays beach doubles. Cowan can take care of a tight ball on the net or make a deep tip down the line.
