1. Lafayette Lancers 23-2

The Lancers are the top team and head to Ozark this weekend for a huge challenge. Mia Moser will be all over the court to keep Lafayette on the right path for a Class 5 repeat.

2. Kickapoo Chiefs 28-4

A win over Liberty North this past weekend pushed Kickapoo into the 2nd spot in this week's rankings. The team finished with 84 digs in that match and [player_tooltip player_id='342439' first='Kya' last='Johnson'] had 23 of them. Kickapoo has a heck of a district to get through as Nixa and Ozark stand in the way of the Chiefs.

3. Ozark Tigers 23-3

Three losses on the season to Kickapoo, Liberty North, and Southside, AR, and have a win over district rival Nixa. 2026 [player_tooltip player_id='219778' first='Tara' last='Venable'] and 2024 [player_tooltip player_id='150036' first='Reagan' last='Baade'] had 39 kills in the loss to Liberty North.

4. Nixa Eagles 24-3

The only team in Missouri to beat Nixa has been Ozark 0-3. In the loss Ava Owens had 8 kills and [player_tooltip player_id='219780' first='Chloe' last='Judd'] had six blocks. Must get past Ozark and Kickapoo if they want to make a trip into the state playoffs.

5. Liberty North Eagles 20-6

Over the weekend the Eagles lost to Kickapoo 1-3 and then knocked off Ozark 3-1 to move back into the top half of the rankings. They then beat Lee's Summit West 3-1 where top 2024 [player_tooltip player_id='119226' first='Carlie' last='Cisneros'] had 19 kills and 11 digs.

6. Lee's Summit West Titans 20-9

One of the top teams in the Kansas City area has suffered losses to both Liberty and Liberty North. In the 2-3 loss to Liberty 2027, [player_tooltip player_id='446328' first='Tori' last='Massengill'] finished with 13 kills.

7. Eureka Wildcats 20-7

Five of the team's losses came the weekend of the Rockwood Tournament but since have gone 13-2. Wins over Marquette and Cor Jesu give [player_tooltip player_id='150048' first='Rylie' last='Cepicky'] a push her team up in the rankings.

8. Cor Jesu Chargers 18-6

The Chargers have wins over Jackson and Marquette and are 13-1 since the Rockwood Tournament. I never count out the Chargers with [player_tooltip player_id='150037' first='Grace' last='Killion'] one of the top 2024 outside hitters in Missouri bombing away on the outside.

9. Marquette Mustangs 26-5

Marquette is my surprise team of the year. I knew they would be good but have exceeded my expectations. They have wins over Kickapoo, Lee's Summit West, and Liberty North at the Rockwood Tournament. They've lost to Cor Jesu 2-3 Lafayette 0-3 and Eureka 0-3. [player_tooltip player_id='168044' first='Ella' last='Keeven'] is having a great year attacking and running a 6-2.

10. Liberty Blue Jays 12-6

It's hard not to include Liberty in the rankings. They have one of the top 2025 players in [player_tooltip player_id='153930' first='Abigail' last='Mullen'] and took Liberty North to a 14-16 5-set loss. We'll see how they stack up at the Ozark Grand Slam.
