And is very new on the radar. She had two stud outsides to feed, but also found ways to get everyone involved. She also has so many positive intangibles in her favor where she is going to contribute to any team she is part of.

Michael has made steady progress at the position, working hard to sharpen her skills throughout the years. It’s paying off again this season, when she had handed out 662 assists through Norwalk’s first 73 sets. She’d added 39 kills, 128 digs and 21.0 blocks, proving she could impact matches from various locations on the court. Michael does well in reading what the defense is doing as plays develop. She’s adept at dumping the ball into the donut when spotting the opening. With long arms and good timing, her block is effective. Michael consistently gets the ball up when attacked and moves into position when a cover is needed.
