Clare is continuing to work on her shot selection and tooling of the block. She already has the IQ to attack the deep corners and tip to the open spaces. Guse is a 6’0″, powerful and versatile hitter from Red Wing. I have seen her hit from the outside, out of the middle, and many times from the rightside. What I love to see the most when Guse plays is that she varies her shots. She loves to hit line, but then will hit deep cross and throw in some tips from time to time keeping the defense guessing. She also does each of these with a sense of ease about her. This up and coming 2027 attacker will be one to watch as she hits the club scene in the next few weeks.
