Please officially welcome Miss Jones to the State Rankings. She is currently ranked as the 52nd best overall player according to our Prep Dig California State Rankings. She plays at Vista Murieta High School and also for the Forza1 volleyball club. Miss Jones is one of those impressively talented players who can play multiple positions for any team that she is on. Her overall skill set is one that will have college coaches ready to use her in many different roles. Her ball control and digging abilities allow her to stay in a full six rotations. Not only can she defend at a high level in the back row out of middle back, but she is an elite scorer also. The length in her arms allow her to hit the ball at her true reach and this makes it very difficult to defend against. Baylee has elite power and the ability to control the ball to wherever she wants to. Due to her attacking capabilities, she has a very unique ability to cut the ball with some very sharp angles that help her score more efficiently. This young lady has not stopped growing physically and in her skill set yet. I am 1000% sure that she will be a stud that some lucky college coach is going to win the lottery with.
