Bryli is a true dual threat—just as dangerous setting the ball as she is swinging at it. When she is setting, it’s smooth, clean, and on the money. High IQ, sees the game a step ahead, and just a super valuable piece for any team. Bonus: she’s doubles as a solid beach player too.

Bryli has been an amazing player to watch over the past year. I have witnessed her growth in real time, from last club season to now, as she enters another club season. She can essentially do it all on the court—pass well, deliver immaculate sets, and dominate as a pin hitter. She showcased all of her skills this year at Desert Oasis and proved that she is rising as one of the top players in the state across all classes. — Kantessa Bryant-Miller @lasvegasvbanalyst @prepdignv

After seeing Bryli play in club earlier this year, she was already a standout, but she really turned it up a notch this school season. She’s totally mastered every skill, and when she’s on the court with her team, she’s able to flex all of them in a single game. Whether she’s setting and passing in the back row or hitting as an opposite in the front, she’s got it all covered. It’s the perfect setup for her to show off just how versatile she really is. This is her first year on varsity as a sophomore, and she’s already put up some insane stats – 251 kills, 233 digs, and 128 assists.

Bryli is having an outstanding season, excelling in multiple positions. Whether she’s hitting, passing or setting, she finds a way to commit and do her best wherever she is on the court. Last season, I mainly saw her in the setter role, but this year, she’s not only leading in assists but also playing as a pin hitter, accumulating an impressive number of kills. As one of her team’s top contributors, her well-rounded game truly stands out. Currently, she has tallied 195 assists, 185 digs, 109 kills, and 22 serving aces. It’s rare to see such high stats across all categories, highlighting Bryli’s versatility and ability to perform at a high level in any position.

Bryli really impressed me the first day in pool play when I got to observe her. Her team faced some difficult opponents, and in the face of adversity she never stopped competing and continued to stay vocal and keep her team engaged. Allen operates in a modified 6/2 where she sets in the back row and plays RS when in the front row. She has the athleticism to generate a solid block and I really liked how she could turn and rip some swings down the line on the right side. Her defense was very scrappy while in the back row and always found herself in a position to make a play on the ball. Bryli trains in the sand and that helps her in reading and reacting with her back row defense.

During the Durango Fall Classic Bryli played in several positions and dominated several moments with exciting and aggressive kills at both pins, efficient and on-target passes and pin-point sets for other hitters and she continued to light the fire in each competition that pushed each teammate to bring out the best of their moment. Bryli currently ranks in the top 10 with 99 kills according to MaxPreps and she has asserted her skill with confidence during the tournament. Her determination is not to be underestimated as she has exploded for offensive efficiency each time she touches the court.

Bryli was on fire all weekend (and all season), excelling in every aspect of the game. She delivered some amazing sets that allowed her hitters to capitalize and make winning plays. Not only did she set well, she also played on the opposite side as a hitter, putting the ball down several times. She complemented this with a few blocks and great serves. Allen was undoubtedly one of the biggest contributors on her team and a key player in their first-ever win over Faith Lutheran High School.
