Hays’ native position is at middle blocker, but she showed some multi-positional aptitude during this year’s club season. She prefers to hit slower tempos that allow her athleticism to take over. Hays thrives in the ‘gap’ away from the setter and can take long, deliberate approaches from the middle. Roncalli Catholic will be ready to harness Hays’ skills this fall.

She’s fresh off an impactful performance at the Midwest Power League and showed a unique skillset for a middle blocker.
