2024 Club Preview: Legacy 15-2 Adidas

In 2023, we saw national champions be crowned as well as many top finishes from all ages from these prestigious clubs. It's time to look to the future and see what these clubs have in store for us in 2024. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Next on the list, the 15s age group. Another promising crew out of Legacy. On the left side, [player_tooltip player_id='450415' first='Leah' last='Green'] and [player_tooltip player_id='523847' first='Rory' last='O'Connell'] have been holding it down really well as outlet attackers. Both of which are promising prospects out of the Legacy cannon. On the right pin, [player_tooltip player_id='442985' first='Josie' last='Seets'] has been doing a lot of point scoring. Whether it is with her blocking or her attacking, this group relies heavily on Seets for points. She's coming off of a really exciting fall on Clarkston's Varsity squad that saw the team make a Division I Final Four run.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading {"level":3} --> <h3 class="wp-block-heading">Middle Territory</h3> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Alongside the pins, this trio of middles offers up a lot of different options given their versatility. Isabelle Longhorn is one of those players that can span just about anywhere across the net. A middle for the bulk of her career, she has been getting her shots on the pin and doing really well. [player_tooltip player_id='523848' first='Nicole' last='McDowell'] and [player_tooltip player_id='523846' first='Dakota' last='Parnell'] complete this trifecta in the middle. Both of which are exciting and athletic prospects to keep an eye on. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading {"level":3} --> <h3 class="wp-block-heading">Deadly Defense</h3> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>In the defense side of things, this group brings up a really solid three-headed beast that contains [player_tooltip player_id='454376' first='Blair' last='Russow'], Maddie Monroe, and Kaitlyn Gustafson. All three of these players are solid complements to one another. With a nice solid line in receive and one defense, it gives this group the opportunity to let their attackers to point score.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading {"level":3} --> <h3 class="wp-block-heading">Setting the Pace</h3> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>And putting a bow onto this team, [player_tooltip player_id='442969' first='Avery' last='Stepp'] is this group's setter. This player is coming off of a really promising fall with South Lyon East. Just in her rookie season, Stepp stepped into a starting role in their 5-1 offense for the bulk of the season. This has shown a huge bonus for 15-2 Adidas given her experience.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
