2024 Commitment Radar Report: Michigan Edition (Pt. 2)

Both from the courts and from the future endeavors of these athletes.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Exaclty two months ahead of the highly anticipated June 15 date for the 2026 class, we have our first report. Let's take a look at who's committed and where they're off to in the next level.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='231189' first='Josie' last='Noble'] to Wisconsin-Milwaukee</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>6'1 MB - Caledonia/MVA</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Coming off of a stellar sophomore club season when she led FaR Out to a top 5 finish at AAUs, I've been patiently waiting for [player_tooltip player_id='231189' first='Josie' last='Noble']'s next move. Heading just across Lake Michigan, a short ferry ride away, Noble is off to Wisconsin-Milwaukee. The 6'2 middle blocker is a huge addition to this team's lineup as a contender for a Horizon League title for the next several years.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='224601' first='Grace' last='Allen'] to Northern Michigan</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>6'0 OH - Mona Shores/MVA</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>On the last Report update, we saw that Northern Michigan snagged a dandy in [player_tooltip player_id='533117' first='Morgan' last='Kuhl']. Alongside her, [player_tooltip player_id='224601' first='Grace' last='Allen'] will be joining the party up in Marquette, MI. A player who's seeing her stock explode over the last several months, Allen brings a nice power touch to the Wildcat's pin offense.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>While Allen will join alongside Kuhl, she also joins 2024 commit, and fellow MVA star, [player_tooltip player_id='110322' first='Taylor' last='Smaka'] at Northern.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='156309' first='Lauren' last='Johnson'] to Washington State</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>6'3 MB - South Lyon East/Legacy</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Now, this one has been a long awaited one. One of the strongest blockers that this Michigan 2025 class has to offer, [player_tooltip player_id='156309' first='Lauren' last='Johnson'] is headed to the Pacific Northwest. While, this program is going to be seeing a lot of newness over the next few years, the addition of Johnson is huge. The once Pac-12 powerhouse is under new tutelage and will be reloading quite well with a player like this.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Before Johnson joined forces with newly USA qualified, Legacy, she was an instrumental cog in Michigan Elite's AAU 16 Open Runner-Up finish last June.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='156289' first='Jillian' last='Collins'] to Lafayette </h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>5'10 L - Mercy/Toledo</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Fresh off of a huge fall with Mercy high school, leading the way defensively to the school's second ever state title, [player_tooltip player_id='156289' first='Jillian' last='Collins'] adds her name to the laundry list of high level 2025s heading to the next level. After bouncing around clubs, Collins has found her footing as the leading libero at Toledo VBC and has cemented herself as a real promising prospect in the position.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Collins adds herself to a star studded cast from the Mercy cannon that includes [player_tooltip player_id='156295' first='Campbell' last='Flynn'] (Nebraska) and [player_tooltip player_id='226875' first='Ella' last='Andrews'].</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='288960' first='Reese' last='Lowe'] to Ferris State</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>5'9 OH - Byron Center/FaR Out</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The rich just keep getting richer. That's the MO of this Division II powerhouse. Coming in hot with another stellar class, Ferris State adds on an undersized dandy in [player_tooltip player_id='288960' first='Reese' last='Lowe'] out of Byron Center. A player that packs a punch but can play top notch defense as well. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Lowe's commitment adds onto the long list of a highly decorated 2025 class for FaR Out that includes [player_tooltip player_id='156343' first='Navea' last='Gauthier'] (Ohio State) and [player_tooltip player_id='224597' first='Abby' last='Pickard'] (Northern Kentucky).</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
