Kamora has come a long way as a setter. Early in her career she was a pint sized setter who lacked quickness. The next year I saw her she had lost some weight, grew a bit and moved much quicker as a setter. She debuted in our rankings in 2024. This year she moved from 120 to 97.

She also earned a spot on the “A’ division all tournament team in the ISL for setting Holton Arms to the semi-finals in the “A’ Division. I find it interesting that Kamora has also committed to Ithaca College as Camille above.

It was a pleasant experience watching Kamora improve her skills over the past couple years. Early on when I first saw her play she was quite raw. Clearly, she has put in a lot of work to get to where she is at.

A nice setter for Loudoun Elite 17 leading them to their first bid in a junior national championship. When I first saw her play last year she set for the 16 team when they played in the Patriot Division. She seemed a bit shorter with a heavy appearance. This year she has grown and has a sleeker physique which enhances her speed as she moves around the court. She definitely put in a lot of work to enhance her game resulting in a move up from 146 to 120 in our class of 2026 rankings. She also set for Holton Arms as they won the championship in the Independent School League (ISL) “A” Division. Despite winning the championship Holton Arms did not get bumped up to the AA Division.

Another setter I watched in the Patriot Division at Junior Nationals. She set a 6/2 coming out in the front row. Kamora has the enthusiasm for the game. Even when she stands on the sidelines you can hear her cheering. She moves quick to the ball but just needs to work a little more on her consistency with her location.

Kamora sets for Loudoun Elite , who played in the Patriot Division. She brings strong hands to the court but sometimes brings them up too wide, resulting in a lot of spin on the ball after she makes contact. Kamora brings a lot of enthusiasm to the game. She shares the setting duties with Avery Lefman Avery Lefman 5'6" | S Heritage | 2026 State VA , who also attended the National Showcase. So far Kamora falls outside out top 150 rankings.
