Ella Connell Ella Connell 5'7" | DS/L Crawford | 2027 TX , a Class of 2027 libero from Crawford High School and Waco Volleyball Club , has compiled one of the more impressive individual resumes of any back row player in her classification in the state of Texas. She earned TSWA All-State recognition as both a sophomore and a junior, demonstrated a seven-ace performance in a single match while serving as the team’s back row anchor on a Crawford program that won a Class 2A Division II state championship, and has been described by her own coaching staff as a player whose experience and court presence is simply invaluable to everything the program does. At 5’7″ she has the size and range to handle elite-level attacking, and her accuracy from the service line adds a dimension that most liberos at any level cannot provide. She has also competed at the national level with Waco Volleyball Club , earning experience against top-tier competition well beyond what the high school schedule can offer. Ella is one of the more decorated back row prospects in the entire 2027 class in Texas and college coaches should not need much more convincing than that.
