At last count, there are no less than forty athletes from the class of 2025 from the Hoosier State that have committed to play somewhere in the fall of '25. All this means to me is that there are over 200 more that need just as much publicity. Here are five pin attackers that deserve a little more attention.

[player_tooltip player_id='173241' first='Taylor' last='Woods'], 5-11 OH, West Lafayette, Circle City

Strong, athletic, and powerful, Taylor can be anything from a three-rotation front-row player to a six-rotation primary passer at the next level. To give you an idea of how athletic this kid is, she chose to throw discus for the first time EVER this spring---and recently qualified for the state championships at Indiana University a week from today.

[player_tooltip player_id='172319' first='Addison' last='Hopper'], 5-9 RS, Westfield, Boiler Juniors

The only athlete on today's list with a ton of beach background, Addison could play either pin at the next level, along with beach. Her vision helps her indoor game by seeing the block and tooling it accordingly. Her outdoor game has exceptional ball control, making her a tough out when playing doubles. A hybrid volleyball player if there ever was one, Miss Hopper can do both, and well at that.

[player_tooltip player_id='192102' first='Ava' last='Kissel'], 5-8 RS/MB, Tecumseh, Metro

Known for her heroics in state championship matches, Ava will probably move to one of the pins at the next level, most likely the right pin until she nails down her serve receive and floor defense. She went fearless as a middle against Dayton signee [player_tooltip player_id='230528' first='Abbie' last='Cresse'] (6'4"!) when it mattered most. Ava's springy and athletic nature is par-for-the-course for female athletics at Tecumseh, and she comes from a culture built around high-flying women on her high school team. Bringing that level of athleticism to the next level seems like a regular course of action for Miss Kissel.

[player_tooltip player_id='152942' first='Faith' last='Kresge'], 5-8 OH, Greenwood Christian, Academy

A primary-passing outside, Faith has all of the shots in the book and keeps her errors limited, despite the workload she had to shoulder last fall. Her vision of the court produces points in bunches, and she regularly takes what the defense gives her. I like that a kid from such a small school is playing high-level club ball. Her improvement has been meteoric, as has her high school's volleyball success. Hopefully, that continues into her senior year.

[player_tooltip player_id='172345' first='Skylar' last='Kritzmire'], 5-10 OH, Roncalli, Team Indiana

Playing up on the 18.1 squad, I got my first chance to see Miss Kritzmire play at the Windy City 18s in Schaumburg in January. Fearless and high-flying, Skylar goes for it, regardless of the block in front of her or the level of competition. Although she only saw front row play in January, she's fully capable of playing all the way around. With her arsenal of quick swings and an even quicker transition, the sky (see what I did there?) is the limit for this stud.
