Neill is a 5’9 DS/L that can ignite her team’s offense with her first-touch action. She does good work in the serve receive phase to stay balanced and in control of her movement as she can pass a large scope of the floor. Her angle production both midline and outside her frame creates good location and tempo for her setter. Defensively, she pursues the ball well by leading with her platform to extend her range while able to manipulate contact to dig effectively.

Harper Neill of Sky High 16 Elite has always been so steady and consistent at the libero position.  She has shown she can be efficient with her footwork and how she controls her platform.  She has great touch on the ball where she is able to take pace off the ball which allows her setters to run the show.  Sky High 16 Elite will be in the 16 Elite Division at the Prep Dig Gauntlet which will be hosted at the Sting Center.  This will be an exciting group of 2028s to track through the summer recruiting period. 

Harper Neill Harper Neill 5'9" | DS/L/S Palatine (Fremd) | 2028 State IL just gets it done.  The libero for Sky High Adidas 16 Elite plays with great awareness, she has a high IQ, and savvy for the game.  She can handle a high volume in serve receive, takes pace off a hard swing, and is really strong in the out of system plays whether she is putting up a clean second ball or bettering the ball for another rally.  Sky High has consistently produced liberos who can play at a high level and Neill is next in line. 

Sometimes all it takes is a series of plays for someone to standout and that was Harper Neill Harper Neill 5'9" | DS/L/S Palatine (Fremd) | 2028 State IL from the Windy City Qualifier.  In one rally she was  making digs, a save, and was putting up a second ball which eventually led to a point for her side. She is such a spark for the Sky High 15 Elite team where she can handle a high volume of serve receive, take pace off the ball, and has a really high motor where she finds a way to get that extra touch.  With the energy she has for her team it can really propel them to some extra points.
