I was able to see Haylin Arnold a few times over the course of the club season and she brings a very heavy and active arm to the court. She is going to score a lot of points for DeForest this upcoming season who should be on the radar in the Madison area. Arnold will look to carry the momentum from Madtown for a big high school season in 2025.

I remember seeing Haylin Arnold Haylin Arnold 6'0" | RS/OH DeForest | 2027 State WI play a little bit for DeForest this high school season and saw her again at the Northern Lights Qualifier.  She is a lethal attacker where opponents have to know where she is in the front and backrow.  Her arm is electric.  She’s not afraid to swing big, go for high hands and the deep corner.  This Madtown 171 National squad will be one to watch this weekend at the Badger Region Qualifier.  They are battle tested and with an outlet to score points like Haylin Arnold Haylin Arnold 6'0" | RS/OH DeForest | 2027 State WI , they have the potential to win some big matches come Sunday. 

DeForest has had a big season and a roster full of talented underclassmen attackers.  Haylin Arnold Haylin Arnold 6'0" | RS/OH DeForest | 2027 State WI lead the team with 3.6 kills per set. She can score from both pins and is someone to watch out of the back row where she can score points and averages over two digs per set.  The Norskies have the three seed heading into the post season. 

Haylin is a versatile player who can be utilized on both pins and from the back row. She is also a solid defender and serve receiver. Haylin has a competitive mindset and is the kind of athlete who is hard to take off the court. She finds ways to terminate both in and out of system and is absolutely relentless in every aspect of the game.

Haylin only continues to impress me. She caught my eye during the club season, made the watch list, and then a few weeks later, I had the opportunity to see her play at the Sizzle. She is an athlete with an incredible amount of potential. Her line shot is highly effective, and she has a great connection with her setters.

Haylin caught my eye right away on day 1 of the Sizzle. She had some powerhouse swings that helped her team level up. She was so disciplined and explosive in her approach and in transition. She also worked pin-to-pin to put up a good block. Haylin has a huge amount of potential and showed it during the Sizzle.
