About Mia

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a very competitive player who always shows and brings 100% effort and to never give up and stay in the game for as long as possible

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I persevere through hard matches trying my best no matter the circumstance and to not get in my head if we are down a lot of points

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I only participate in highschool tennis that I have won multiple awards for such as first team all league and winning district titles and competing in state

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed a strong sense of what it is like to be a leader especially expierencing what it’s like to play on a club that never subs you out so most people look to you as someone who talks a lot on the court and game talk

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

A challenge I often face is playing difficult teams and my team giving up or not trying at all so the game will fly by quickly.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that competes at the D2 or D1 level because I want to make volleyball my future and put all my time, effort and sweat into this game because it is something I am genuinely passionate about and want to continue with it as long as I can
