I always love the freshman showcase. We don't do a lot of coverage of 14s, so it is nice to have freshmen on my radar going into the high school season. The class of 2028 showed up and played awesome. Here are some stud standouts who rocked the showcase.
Tegan is an athlete who immediately stands out. She is 6'3" and is incredibly athletic. As a setter and right side, she was dominant. She has a clean touch on the ball and stellar form. Her court awareness was impressive, and she is a huge name to know in this class.

Kaitlyn is a high-flying powerhouse pin who can play all six rotations at a high level. She has so much power and is smart with her shots. Kaitlyn also dominated in the back row - she was consistent on serve receive and was not afraid to take swings out of the back row.
