About Lillian

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a player who works every single day to play at the next level. Whether it’s in my backyard, at a court, in a gym, in my garage I’m always striving to get better. I take pride in having energy no matter what and I will always play to win. Coaches have described me to play a WE game not a ME game. I focus on making quality passes in serve recieve and defense!

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I stay composed in high pressure situations and I always remind myself you can do anything you set your mind to! I shower my teammates with love, energy, and support. I am competitive and always strive to win no matter the opponent.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I’m on the honor roll, I plan to participate in student leadership and yearbook my junior year!

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I always bring my teammates together and ask them if they need anything from me. I lead my teams to success by reminding us what we need to improve on and what we are doing well. I take pride in being a captain and a voice for my team!

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

My mom battled Stage 3C ovarian cancer when i was 13. She is now in remission but the process and challenges my family had to face was difficult. Her strength and being here today has reminded me how lucky I am. I play volleyball for her!

What type of college are you looking for?

A college with a competitive and loving atmosphere! I also want a program that has the intention to get better every single day and who focuses on competing.

The Southridge High School stand-out is playing for Shockwave again this season and is showcasing her defensive ability at the libero and OH position when the team was down a few players. Logan is an excellent defender who has put in the work to build her platform and footwork. She is the 83rd-ranked player overall in the updated rankings.
